Daily Duties at Sterling Health Care:

• Building Services – Supervise and troubleshoot problems such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Work with locksmith on key and lock issues. • Facilities Planning – Directly supervise design and layout of offices/cubes for three buildings totaling more than 200,000 square feet. Responsible for budgeting capital and operation expense of $1.5 million. Responsible for the installation and upgrades for badges and picture security program systems. Responsible for the on-site ADA compliance. • Administrative Functions – Supervise staff of eight including mailroom, receptionists and company-wide purchasing program. Coordinated installation and service of new copiers, faxes and mail room equipment. Negotiated new leases of copier/fax and generated savings of $60,000 per year. Reduced warehouse leasing cost 85% for year 2002.
