Daily Duties at Market America:

• Manage corporate headquarters and three residential properties on a daily basis with duties including: negotiating vendor, landscaping and house keeping/janitorial contracts for all locations. • Responsible for maintaining operating and capital budgets for all properties. • Maintain and supervise general maintenance for all buildings/properties. Supervise repairs and scheduled maintenance for all HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. • Facilities planning include designing, building and moving office cubicles. • Oversee all security systems and serve as primary contact for after-hours security guard issues.
