Monitored the cash position of the organization, Prepared the weekly cash report and maintained ongoing communications with financial institutions. Prepared the monthly financial statements & annual audit schedules. Audited payroll and quarterly payroll tax return. Monitor general ledger balances and ensure that transactions are posted in a timely manner. Managed Investment portfolio. Assisted Director of Finance in budget preparation and analysis. Supervised A/P, monthly bank reconciliations, intercompany payables and cash receipts, State filings and other general accounting functions. Implemented window based Kenrick Fund accounting software package. Responsible for developing internal audit and managing the external audit.
