Have full P&L and accountability over $145M sales for 18 locations throughout California, New Jersey, and New York. Rebuilt relationships with the indirect/external services team, revitalized, then integrated comprehensive business strategies improving product delivery efficiencies with current vendors/suppliers. Directs leadership development and instills trust and accountability that supports significant B2B changes needed for profitable return on investment (ROI). Interacts with 18 Store Managers & key suppliers using multiple competencies; oversees Payroll, Inventory Control, HR, Training/Team Development, Loss Prevention, and Customer Service.
