• Managed and supervised Inside Sales Team of nine individuals • Hired and trained six new employees for Inside Sales Reseller and End-user Demand Generation positions • Contributed to Samsung winning the VAR Business Magazine’s Annual Report Card Survey (ARC Award)for a third consecutive year • Negotiated lucrative display, printer and plasma opportunities ranging from $30K - $1 million plus • Closed substantial deals for large customers such as: YardHouse Restaurants, L.A. County Registrar Recorder, L.A. County Department of Public Works, L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, City National Bank (Los Angeles), Varian Medical Systems and Northrop Grumman (El Segundo) • Supported 3-4 Corporate Sales Managers by managing each of their Top 15 reseller accounts ranging from $100K - $1 million plus annually in Samsung product sales • Cultivated relationships with Samsung ITD’s Top 100 commercial resellers in the Western U.S. including Gateway, En Pointe Technologies and Technology Integration Group (TIG) and uncovered new customer needs and opportunities • Worked with authorized distributors such as Tech Data and Ingram Micro on special pricing based opportunities to maximize margins on large business deals • Increased revenue over 40% in 2004 with focus accounts within the Western U.S. territory
