• Supported Director of Retail Channel Development in managing the Best Buy Account, and helped generate in excess of $1.3 billion in revenue, selling over 2.6 million Gateway notebooks, desktops and monitors in 2007 • Managed the BestBuy.com Account for Acer, Gateway and eMachines products which was 10% of the overall Best Buy business • Worked with BestBuy.com Buyer Merchants to assort unique additional products that resulted in approximately $11 million dollars in incremental revenue • Maintained co-op and the annual marketing budget for the Best Buy Account totaling approximately $49 million dollars and ensured marketing budget was not exceeded for two straight years • Executed weekly ad analysis for Acer and Gateway notebooks, desktops and monitors; analyzed trends, sell-through versus forecast data and competitive factors • Utilized demand planning forecasts to update changes to all products for the cycle across 12 weeks of forecasted sales • Developed co-marketing opportunities such as free shipping, product features, e-mail blasts, and customer loyalty events • Managed Desktop, Notebook and Monitor Product Buyers Guides and pricing sheets, typically 15-20 products per cycle prior to being published to the Best Buy Account, which resulted in 98% product accuracy • Supported annual Best Buy tradeshow events such as Achievers and Tech Summit, and provided training to Best Buy top blue-shirt employees which increased in-store brand awareness
