Managed and motivated a 24x7x365 support team to peak levels of performance. Expertly maintained over 600 locations, coordinating all new installations and quickly resolving trouble ticket escalations. Provided tier 3 support and design assistance to network engineering and capacity planning teams; provisioned and tested complex ROADM infrastructure. Managed telecom networks running on a wide variety of protocols, technologies, and vendor systems such as Cisco, Nortel, Lucent, and Fujitsu. Oversaw large scale moves and system upgrades. Purchased and maintained equipment. Evaluated new technologies and performed microelectronics testing. Recruited, supervised, and developed a high-performing team of 9+ Field Technicians.
