Daily Duties at Merritt Athletic Clubs:

Recruited to ensure staffing of new and current locations in the Baltimore area, guides the updating, improvements and management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs. Working with a team of senior managers created HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; create group benefits databases; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs for new hires along with Employment Law training. Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment and programs; administer HR budget; and handle all employee conflict resolution in the work place in order to comply with all government agencies and to reduce associate turn
