Daily Duties at Ibm Corp.:

Help develop the Space Shuttle’s Launch Processing System (LPS), written in Modcomp Assembler Language. On 6/80, was transferred to the Software Validation department to develop application software written in Ground Operation Aerospace Language (GOAL) to test upgrades to the LPS system software. On 6/81, worked on developing NASA’s Spacelab Ground Computer Operating System (GCOS) software that provided communication and data transfer between the ground and the Spacelab in orbit. The Flight Software was developed in HAL/S Language and the ground software in French Mitra Assembler language executing on the Mitra computer.
