Daily Duties at Brockett/Davis/Drake, Inc.:
Project layout, design and plan preparation for commercial (hotels, office parks, shopping centers, retail) and various residential developments (single-family, villas, condominiums, and apartment living). Provided all horizontal calculations to layout the project. Provided all lay out work and plan preparation including Site/Grading plans, Street/Sewer Profiles, Road Improvements, all Construction Details and Drainage Area Maps. Performing all necessary storm water calculations (ie: pipe hydraulics and channel) utilizing hydraulic software hydraulic programs. Responsibilities include following ordinances and guidelines of governing bodies, attending meetings and reviewing construction plans for submittals. When necessary, performing presentations along with the client to the municipalities and counties for various levels of government approvals.
