Daily Duties at Ldc, Inc.:

Project layout, design and plan preparation for commercial, institutional (school campuses and additions), and various residential developments (single-family, villas, condominiums, and apartment living). Provided all layout work and plan preparation including Site/Grading plans, Street/Sewer Profiles, Road Improvements, all Construction Details and Drainage Area Maps. Performing all necessary storm water calculations (ie: pipe hydraulics and channel) utilizing hydraulic software such as Stormcad, Flowmaster and other various hydraulic programs. Responsibilities include following ordinances and guidelines of governing bodies, attending meetings and reviewing construction plans for submittals. Responsibilities were to manage all projects from conceptual through to construction. When necessary, performing presentations along with the client to the municipalities and counties for various levels of government approvals. Became involved with many U.S. Army Corp of Engineers’ issues with wetlands (mitigation issues) and jurisdictional waterways. The last two years of employment was spent predominantly in the field operating the total station (robotic instrument) for the survey department. I was responsible for note taking during topographic surveys and construction stakeout. Responsibility included
