Reviewed and analyzed budgets for proper allocations of payable items to determine reasons for revenue shortfalls and significant overages; processed lease abstracts, tenant invoicing, billing and account adjustments; processed cash receipts and disbursements and posted transactions to accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
