Daily Duties at Adp:

Prepared monthly close via journal entry preparation, variance analysis reporting and insured all entries were recorded, processed timely and accurately; compiled periodic financial reporting packages for senior management and conducted internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Summarized and reviewed balance sheet analysis; analyzed financial results and variances for all departmental expense categories; processed regional cash deposits, reconciled payroll discrepanies and payroll bank statements. Developed regional procedure manual to assist employees throughout the Payroll/HR business units by providing clear and consistent guidelines and policies; resolved outstanding issues with various operating accounts and successfully supported three regions and resolved long-term problematic issues.
