Provided leadership in working with internal customers throughout the company to understand the impact on the financial results of the regional campuses under my management. Improved business office operations through design and restructure of organizational plans. Strengthened accountability by partnering with senior-level department managers in all business units. Proactively identified, communicated and resolved issues as they pertain to financial or operational functions of the Atlanta and Virginia regional campuses. Assisted Divisional CFO in reviewing, enhancing and documenting accounting and business processes to ensure objectives and goals were addressed timely and accurately. Actively contributed to regional-wide management initiatives, priority setting, and employee development.
