Daily Duties at Hsbc:

Managed the human resources for a region of 135 branches with 700 employees. Maintained the lowest turnover rate for any region company wide by appointing Senior Training Managers in each District in the Region that were responsible for tracking new hires training and working as a mentor with low performing account executives. Wrote and designed computer-based training manuals, user materials and publications for training. Eight Year member of the compensation committee that analyzed and made annual recommendations for a pay-for- performance sales force.
