• Began as Food Server, in three months became dining room manager, one year later, General Manager • Responsible for all bar, dining room operations, wine list, menu printing, programming, all invoicing, in house marketing and promotions, hiring, firing, training, inventories, mentoring and overseeing 30 employees and two managers
