• Responsible for 30 employees, hiring, training, firing, scheduling, assisted with creating wine list, in house drink promotions, selling, marketing and coordination of all in house banquet events • Total control of restaurant while owners took month long vacations, including bill paying, responsible for maintaining all food, liquor and payroll costs
