Daily Duties at Woodside Hotels:
• Managed and held full responsibility for staff of 38-45 employees, two managers and one supervisor • In charge of all day to day operations for two restaurants, in room dining, pool café and mini bar • Responsible for food and beverage costs, inventory, maintaining wine by the glass program, wine makers dinners, staff training, reviews, menu printing and programming, payroll and payroll budgeting, Micros programming, monthly food analysis, motivating and developing of staff, promoting and implementing safety training in food and beverage departments, developed employee manuals for food servers, bartenders, hosts and room servers
