Daily Duties at Victoria & Titan Insurance:
Designed, developed and implemented the Special Investigation Program for this $350 million non-standard insurance company. Organically developed anti-fraud scoring tools which automatically and proactively identified and referred suspicious claims to SIU for handling. Directed all day to day SIU operations which included intelligence analysts, field operations, technology, and training and awareness. Responsible for managing the fire & theft unit as well as claim adjusters handling files involving suspected fraud in the BI, PIP, Medpay and MD coverage units for 23 states.
