Daily Duties at Nationwide Insurance:
Designed, developed, implemented and currently managed the complex investigation division for the Nationwide Property & Casualty Claims Organization. Perform technical planning, strategic development and quality assurance responsibilities which drive organizational goals. Manage civil and criminal prosecutions. Manage partnerships with field claim operations nationally to ensure tactical and strategic direction is present. Identify industry trends in fraud and abuse. Design, develop and implement new anti-fraud technologies organically grown and or utilize vendor acquired products. Quantitative Scope includes 15 direct reports and 240 indirect reports.
