Daily Duties at Thompson Child & Family Focus:
Prepared payroll in-house and submitted Federal and State payroll taxes bi-weekly; uploaded EFT payroll and SUTA tax filings. Calculated and recorded fringe benefits including automobile allowances for W-2’s and 1099’s. Maintained records; filed and prepared W-2 and 1099 documentation for the IRS. Entered Accounts Payable and a variety of Journal Entries (JE); processed payments weekly and submitted for month-end close. Prepared Accounts Receivable and monthly income statements; entered Fiscal YTD Budgets. Trained employees on the use of company funds and proper reporting.
