Processed 401K money for agencies across the United States; calculated Safe Harbor, Simple, and Profit Sharing. Ensured plan compliance with government regulations. Prepared year-end 945s, 5500s, and 1099s. Audited trade and cash management activity daily. Reconciled Qualified ($3M) and Non-Qualified accounts; reconciled and audited Fund Balances. Collaborated closely with external auditors during annual reviews.
