Daily Duties at Bourns, Inc.:
• First-line support for PC hardware and desktop application problems and questions, troubleshooting for memory, coordinated design and development of systems enhancement, and responsible for their testing and approval. • Provided primary interface between users and systems managers, user training, on-site and phone support. • Analyzed end-user system problems, Maintained user database and security setup. • Supported external user connectivity via Advantis and MCI. • Supported the IBM upgrade of all (125) PC’s, and Clean-up Projects.
