•Responsibilities include network administration of Windows 2003/NT/NetWare servers, installation and management of Cisco routers/switches, support frame relay to remote offices. Apply workstation and server upgrades and patches. •Manage domain user network and Exchange mail accounts, login scripts, backup services, cabling system, network hardware. •Setup and maintain wireless network systems and security. Hardware and software installation and set up, technical maintenance and user support to over 100 PCs, 20+ printers, and terminals. Support and maintain AS/400 user profiles, connectivity, and print queues •Maintain Avaya Definity PBX and Audix Voice Mail systems. Configure and maintain FaxPress server and accounts •Designed and implemented server migration from NetWare to NT Server, and NT to 2003 •Monitor and maintain established network policies and procedures with emphasis on Sarbanes-Oxley standards •Supervise activities of intern staff
