•Performed all levels of network administration and support for Windows 2003 Servers (DC, MS-Exchange, Terminal Server, Backup, shareable User/Group Data, Application), 85 XP workstations and network security devices, 5 remote locations •Configure and nightly backup, monitor job results and network status. Daily monitor of server status •Configure and maintain SharpDesk scanning utility, local and remote printing •Maintain all network T1/DSL voice and data connections •Manage the Inter-Tel 500/DB phone system, and Call Center •Support LibertyNet application and attached PowerVault storage server •Technical support for Pacware application software, work with team to maintain HIPAA compliance •Coordinate projects with vendors
