Provided sales engineering support for Tollgrade Regional Sales Managers. Supervised design and implementation for complex systems. Scheduled staff, communicated closely with clients, resolved issues, and deployed required resources and personnel. Directed systems integration requirements, ensuring products meet required needs. ·Developed and conducted sales presentations for existing and prospective customers ·Engineered and managed field trials and 1st office applications from inception to acceptance ·Developed installation documents, job aids and detailed engineering drawings ·Provided customer hardware installation and training related to all of the Tollgrade products
