Daily Duties at Tollgrade Communications:
Key leadership role contributing expertise in engineering, sales and new business development. Successfully managing complex service assurance solutions to Tier I and Tier II telecommunication companies that provide voice, data, xDSL, Wireless, and VOIP services to their end customers. ·Translate fluctuating market conditions, industry trends, and customer needs into new opportunities and solutions ·Drive engineering activities as a hands-on, motivational engineering leader, performing both sales and sales engineering responsibilities within respective account base ·Define price policy for various markets, ensure timelines and budgets are closely adhered to ·Create additional revenue opportunities through the development of customer-specific applications ·Qualify and grow account base through lead generation and cold calling approaches ·Revise and track accurate product forecasts on a weekly basis using Sales force CRM
