Second in charge of running day school for multi- diagnosed Adults with mental health issues/drug & alcohol additions/special needs Supervises 60 employees to ensure accurate and timely presentation of services and documentation Provides counseling, support, and advocacy, for 166 mentally challenged individuals and their families in a school based setting. Collaborates with Developmental Disabilities Services Office (DDSO), Administration for Children Services (ACS), Adult Protective Services (APS), Board of Education, and other Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD) service providers to ensure quality of care for clients. Conducts trainings for newly hired staff after orientation and refresher courses as needed Prepares, and submits billing documentation for services rendered to be billed through Medicaid. Recruited and matched employees with positions specific to their backgrounds Disputed employee conflict and rendered disciplinary action as needed
