Daily Duties at Wal Mart:

Model and teach associates on how to perform their job details. Make timely and effective decisions, even when the information is not clear. Create detailed plans and explain to others what is needed to get the job done. Identify, promote and explain the need for change, and serve as a positive example for associates. Carry out the inventory process, identify poor inventory practices/low in-stock levels, and anticipate, correct and take action to prevent recurrence.
