Daily Duties at Advanced Input Devices Memtron Technologies:
Responsible for administration and maintenance of three network servers and 80+ workstations. Services provided, include installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training. Performed systems analysis, working with various teams and departments to determine departmental technology needs, make recommendations and implement systems. Provide Help Desk support. Developed, documented, implemented, and provided training for custom menu driven programs and databases using Access 2000 & VB for Administrative Systems, Quotation System, Shipping System, Print Production System, Item Tracking & Management system (for thousands of prints and dies), WIP parts management system, Development & Quality Assurance System, Research and Development, IS Department hardware & software inventory system integrated with a Remote Administration System.
