Managed the day-to-day operations of the office. Coordinated CEO's daily appointments and meetings. Balanced daily revenues, expense sheets and issued monthly invoices to clients. Ordered supplies for the office and work orders. Acted as liaison betweem clients and technicians. Supervised two support staff and trained incoming office personnel.
