Daily Duties at Spiegel:
Managed staff of internal and external IT professionals, managed projects and tracking through the entire lifecycle, budgets, staff adminstration, reporting, hiring, training, documentation, priorities setting, tracking and assigning, discover and support improvements, day-to-day support and maintenance, eliminate redundant support activities (fix it the first time), communication to stakeholders, focus staff and help the be successful.
