Daily Duties at Sears:
Management of IT professionas in delivery and maintenance of business solutions. Set priorities and track through completion, collaborate with stakeholders, perform all staff administration, training of team and business owners, reduction of outages, documentation of processes and establishment of improvements, contract negotiation, SLA, metric and vendor performance, budgets, finanicals, communcation with all stakeholders including C/V level, status reporting, tracking and communciation of all projects, remove obstacles, get the job done and keep everyone focused and successful, delivery solutions that meet the company and business needs.
