Member of a team of fixed income and derivatives portfolio managers who evaluated, analyzed and executed structured products, interest rate derivative and beta strategies, long duration hedging, portable alpha and portfolio transition for pension funds • Structured +$80 billion of fixed income, equity and commodity overlay and LDI strategies for pension funds • Negotiated over $4 billion in structured synthetic Guaranteed Investment Contracts for stable value funds • Drafted pitch books used in asset raising presentations and assisted in the presentations for +$1 billion in assets • Developed customized distressed fixed income portfolio transition strategies for over $3 billion in assets • Managed 12 client relationships with sophisticated pension administrators, treasurers and consultants • Responsible for negotiating more than 140 swap documents and collateral agreements for ERISA trusts • Implemented counterparty risk mitigation strategies, using quantitative analysis and negotiated contract terms • Analyzed corporate event covenants in various debentures, including change of control and subordination terms • Analyzed financial statements, SEC filings and prepared risk profile of financial institutions
