Daily Duties at Koch Foods Incorporated:
I had 1 Superintendents, 5 Supervisors and ~300 employees Reporting to me. Responsibilities: 1- Make sure production schedule was ran to satisfy internal and external customers needs. 2- Meet on daily basis with my team to discuss strategies to continue improving Yield, Over time, Packaging material waste, Quality service level, Customers complaints, future project development through out the plant, and all production issues to maintain a healthy work environment. 3- Work with company who supply tools to develop new tools and methods to continue improving work area. 4- Make sure all employees were wearing PPE(Personal protection equipment) according to SOP's. I left Koch Foods for a better opportunity at Mountaire Farms of Delaware.
