• Complied payroll extracts, transmitted data to vendors, reconciled data feed with appropriate parties • Ensured company compliance with federal and state laws • Adhered to the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA Policy) • Adhered and processed Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) kits • Audited and updated personal record for accurate and employees benefits • Managed five-eight employee’s • Liaison between benefit vendors, third party administrators, corporate benefits department, employees regarding eligibility, and problem resolution. • Maintained records and documents necessary for implementing benefits coverage. • Assisted in organizing annual open enrollment including scheduling of open enrollment meetings, preparation of packets, may conduct presentations during open enrollment meetings, organizing HR assistance during process, processing changes in payroll system. • Conducted Self-Audit of Desk Procedures • Conducted training, team meeting and one-on-one evaluations • Conducts new hire benefits orientation • Labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
