• Designed and developed courses for card services • Designed and developed blended learning solutions using self-paced study guides and eLearning • Designed and developed eLearning courses using Macromedia Dreamweaver/Fireworks and Captivate • Served as the lead designer for a project involving executive management and determined learning solutions and components that address knowledge gaps of participants in a Call Center environment. • Designed follow up evaluation plan using the Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of Evaluation methodology.

You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social.
