Daily Duties at Wachovia :
• Supported Mercury ITG system to manage demand and project management (SDLC compliance, IT Governance, Wealth Management) • Facilitated ILT and virtual classroom Sessions using Centra, Microsoft Office Live, Webinar. • Designed and Developed computer-based training modules for Asset Management, Business Office support, financial support and Business Office Communication for Wealth Management teams. • Prescribed and designed appropriate learning solutions employing instructional technologies and modalities including Web Based Training (WBT), Instructor Led Learning (ILT) (virtual and classroom), on-line and paper based references, and other forms of learning. • Trained IT consultants, FTEs, contractors, executives on program management methodology using the Mercury IT tool resulting in the creation of job aids, learning manuals and CBTs (Computer Based Training) for various training modules. • Consulted SME’s to contribute content and design training modules. • Worked cohesively with several business organizations to design the best individualized learning tools for their group creating Facilitator and Participant Guides through Info-mapping techniques. • Designed and facilitated online courses for IT executive management, sales, customer service, educational development and diversity communication.
