• Managed all training and development strategies, outcomes and deliverables • Designed and developed Sales curriculum for Territory, Regional and Division level managers • Designed and developed eLearning courses using ARTICULATE and Captivate 4 • Designed and Facilitated New Hire Training with integrated eLearning assessment evaluations • Designed instructional workbook materials used in training including hands-on experiences, quick reference guides, facilitator guides, participant guides, materials list, worksheets, review games, course objectives, and course agendas. • Facilitated HR, Management and executive level training • Supported the 1500 Lowe’s Home Improvement stores with various training initiatives and services.
