• Served as the point of contact for all project tasks and training solutions for software integration • Responsible for staff/account management and prioritization and forecasting. • Managed and perform the process of Statement of Work and contract creation to secure new and follow-on work. • Produced training design plans targeted to client-based performance needs • Communicated with executive stakeholders, Change Management leadership, Application Design teams and Program leaders to propose learning solutions resulting training efficiency. • Responsible for instructional design, development and maintenance of web-based and synchronous courseware for ARGO software application for banks and financial organizations for Teller, Contact Center, and Sales and Service. • Used a systematic design process and support tools to select appropriate delivery method and develop various media formats such as storyboards, job aids, scripts, self-paced workbooks, leaders guides and simple on-line materials.
