Daily Duties at Frontier Yarns, Llc:
Managed staff and vendors in all data and voice operations for multiple plant locations. Data responsibilities consisted of the following: o Data T1 o WAN and LAN utilizing Cisco, HP, and DEC network technologies. o Sourced PC/PLC based packing applications. o Sourced AS400 based shipping applications. o Sourced Dec Microvax and DEC Alpha, robotic, and scheduling and monitoring applications. o Sourced Kronos, ADP, and Flex-Pay timekeeping and payroll software. o Windows 2000 Client Server based network. Client operating systems included Windows 98, NT, 2000, and XP. • Voice responsibilities consisted of overseeing maintenance and support of the following: o Voice T1 o Option 11 Meridian/Norstar PBX phone systems o Cellular phone services o Paging services o Facsimile and copier machines
