Developed and refined policies to promote broadband wireless deployment and investment. Advised the Chairman, Commissioners, and their legal advisors on licensing cases and rulemakings. Facilitated dialogue and compromise on policy issues among four FCC Bureaus and Offices. Counseled Bureau Chief on commercial wireless, National Environmental Policy Act, transactional, and bankruptcy matters. Served as Bureau liaison to the Office of General Counsel on many highprofile matters.
