Daily Duties at Kla Tencor:

Provided leadership in overall materials processes to meet key objectives: customer satisfaction, inventory management, cost reduction, ISO and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Managed $350M in materials annual spend for the Division. Negotiated and finalized contractual agreements with key suppliers. Developed and managed metrics to monitor supplier base performances. Prepared and presented scorecards for key suppliers in Quarterly Business Review. Conducted initial site audits and confirmed supplier capability and robustness. Engaged key suppliers in early phases of the PLC. Set up and maintained VMI, DFT, daily cycle count programs to support inventory reduction objectives. Managed a staff of 10 including a Purchasing Manager and a Warehouse Manager.
