Daily Duties at Dc Electronics:
Directed all activities in the areas of purchasing, supply chain, production control planning, inventory control, and logistics to meet customer requirements within the company’s cost and budget objectives. Managed a direct report staff of two senior managers and three supervisors. Upgraded staff skills, created new procedures, and streamlined processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Managed Operations expenditures within the company budget. Worked closely with Cost Accounting team to reconcile Production variances. Provided leadership in the development and implementation of the Company's Vision and Policy.
