Supervised four(4) Career Specialist, each with caseloads of fifty (50) individuals. Oversaw the hiring of over 600 youth and young adults for the Summer Job Connection program. Determined client eligibility by using effective interviewing techniques, lead orientation sessions, approved time and travel sheets of Career Specialist and visited job sites to ensure participants' satisfaction with hired individual(s).
