Oversaw all aspects of concessions / vending operations for world-leading, award-winning site that hosts 104 major sporting events and concerts / year (including MLB Oakland Athletics, NFL Oakland Raiders, and Major League Soccer. (Site includes 49 permanent and 31 portable locations). Directed union and non-profit staff of 650 (including subcontractors) that served 1.6 million customers annually. Served as safety manager for 1000+ employees. Effectively managed $18M budget; held full P&L responsibility.
