• Improve first pass yield by eliminating rework and scrap by 90%. • Developed and implemented modifications to process that increased throughput and decreased costs by 40%. • Designed and implemented production tools, fixtures, wave solder and SMT pallets to assist in assembly build, improving efficiency and reducing costs by 30%. • Decreased overtime 25% and increased efficiency of reporting by reorganizing cost area to more evenly distribute workload. • Built good relations with customers, vendors, production staff, program managers, materials and quality to resolve engineering and production issue. • Analyzed and redesigned manufacturing process of one product reducing production time from 2 weeks to 8 hours. • Initiated and documented problems and solution reducing future research and eliminating duplicate problems.
