Responsible for hiring, training, and motivating the collections department staff. Worked with senior management to formulate and interpret policies, set goals, and created ways to increase overall productivity. Ensured operations were within standards of the Company's guidelines as well as state and federal compliance regulations. Assisted collection supervisors with performance management and personnel issues.
