Reviewed and approved new formulations for manufacture capability. Maintained records and reporting requirements for environmental compliance. • Improved Off The Mill In Specification (OTMIS) from 65% to 78% by implementing an employee suggestion for improvement program, Quality Alert Record (QAR). • Implemented and received certification for ISO 14001. • Developed an internal database to improve the daily, monthly and annual reporting on quality results. Reduced report response time 25%. • Implemented a Management of Change program to improve the communication between the development laboratories and the manufacturing facilities.
