Designed and constructed engineering business solutions that increased productivity and reduced downtime. •Directed a Business Improvement Board responsible for creating a 200-page CAD Standards manual that details all levels of "Standard" routines and practices, including Layers, Linetypes, and Plot Styles. Dramatically increased productivity by 250%, minimized un-billable time for typical users, and standardized 5 offices to function as one. •Championed Project Engineers and design teams in the creation of Land Development,Transportation, and Environmental type projects.
